Last weekend we went to check out the Winter Festival happening in Bryant Park. We were particularly interested in trying out the curling, but the line was crazy long to get a mini lesson. So instead we settled for Spanish hot chocolate and warm churros while we watched the skaters. We'll be up in Canada in a few weeks, so that may be an opportunity to try our hand at ice shuffleboard aka. curling.
Winter is here and it's cold, which makes dressing in a fashionable way very difficult. Really, is it even possible? When the weather is nice and warm there is a lot more you can do with an outfit. When it's cold you are at the mercy of your puffer coat. Sigh. I digress.
I have had this black long puffer coat for a few years now and it never lets me down. It matches with everything, is super warm and a great length on my short frame. I have a shorter Canada Goose coat that I'll wear often as well, but when the really cold weather hits, I need the longer length this jacket provides. I've added a few similar options below if you are in the market for a simple black puffer.
