Blame it on the fact that I am now living in Southern California, but graphic tees, specifically vintage band tees have been high on my wish list lately. I love the air of nonchalance they impact on an outfit making it feel more effortless and casual. I had been on the look-out for some graphic tees for awhile and Daydreamer LA kept popping up as exactly the style I was looking for. Before I could order one however, I ended up finding a couple tees in Milan, Italy of all places. I got this Rolling Stones tee from Pull & Bear. Urban Outfitters has a few similar options including this one, this one and this one.
I didn’t do too much shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday but there were a few strategic items I had my eye on to see if I could snag a good deal. Both were pieces I wanted anyway and was just looking to see if I could save a few bucks when buying them. One was this hat from Lack of Color. I have a similar black rancher hat that I wear all the time. I knew if I had a tan version I would wear it constantly as well. Sure enough, I was able to get this bad boy on sale from The Next Native and I jumped on it. I was hoping to bring it on my trip to Italy but it was just a little too big for my carry-on.
The other item I got over Cyber Monday was this pair of mules from St. Agni. Many times I’ve gotten dressed and wanted to slip on some mules. However I only had black ones and they didn’t always match. I really wanted some simple tan mules and somehow had a hard time finding these. Once I spotted this pair on Ellen of SpreadFashion I knew they were exactly what I was looking for. I got these on sale from The Dreslyn and was so excited about them. But my auto-fill on my computer put in my old NYC address! After a few weeks of waiting from them to be sent back to the warehouse and then re-sent out I FINALLY got them this week. I cannot wait to wear these all the time.
